With eighteen locations in Ontario, Saint Elizabeth delivers approximately two million units of home care service to 150,000 individuals and families on an annual basis. In addition, Saint Elizabeth participates in knowledge exchanges with over 1,000 individuals and provides consulting services to organizations and individuals in all 10 provinces, two territories and at least 10 different countries.

Saint Elizabeth Health Care uses the Principal Enterprise Solution to support the development, distribution, and management of all training and knowledge delivered to their geographically disbursed workforce. As an Enterprise Solution licensee, the IT team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care manages the hosting and deployment of all educational courses, and designs and develops their own course modules.
While Saint Elizabeth had their own proprietary learning portal, and had developed courses on that solution, they found the software limiting and opted to purchase Superior Edge's software from Principal rather than further developing their own solution. As part of the conversion process, existing courses were converted by Saint Elizabeth for use within the Principal learning portal.
Saint Elizabeth Health Care enjoys the benefits of delivering a flexible learning platform to their workforce that allows each learner to proceed at their own pace with the ability to stop and re-start anytime and anywhere within the course. The management feature provides Saint Elizabeth the ability to track the progress of each learner's activity and generate detailed reports for human resource management.
