James’ focus is to provide organization and planning services to small and mid size enterprises to achieve their business growth objectives. James helps organizations to develop long term goals, short term objectives and practical action plans that leverage core strengths, and to execute those action plans. With experience in Canada, the United States, and Europe, James has the proven experience to help clients develop and execute dynamic performance solutions.
James is a member of the Board of Directors for Calco Environmental Group, filling the role as Corporate Secretary for Calco, Maple Leaf Environmental Equipment Ltd., NewTerra Environmental Services Ltd.; and Secretary Treasurer of Filter Innovations and MLE Equipment Inc. (Nevada).
James is responsible for the leadership process - organizing, planning, and facilitating the monthly leadership calls, quarterly board meetings, annual shareholders meeting, annual objectives, and five year operating plan. James is also a member of the Board of Directors for Advanced Information Services in Washington DC; and a member of the Advisory Board of Nightingale Informatix in Toronto Ontario.
James has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Management Accountant in the Province of Ontario.
