Nightingale meets a medical practice's need for scheduling, billing, electronic medical records and office management. Nightingale also provides patients with easy access to their physicians' office and health record without placing additional workload on the physician or the office staff.
Nightingale’s commitment to its physician clients is not only to provide leading edge practice management software, but to support the product with a best practices tool to maximize implementation efficiency and product adoption rates. To meet these objectives, Principal applied its proprietary processes to configure a web-based solution called “AdoptionEdge” for Nightingale.
AdoptionEdge drives clinic implementations in logical, digestible "bites", and makes it easy for staff to understand and implement strategy, as well as fully integrate the changes into daily use.
AdoptionEdge’s “Learn, Work and Measure” concept provides a role specific process framework for delivering comprehensive software and roll-out training, tools to implement the training, and metrics to monitor the success of the new approach to implementation initiatives.
Within a process framework “timeline”, AdoptionEdge integrates the Nightingale/Principal authored training modules, which are linked to specific Nightingale business tools that support the implementation of the training received. These “Learn” and “Work” activities are then overlaid with analytics to “Measure” the success of the training and work, and provide insights for refinement and enhancement of these respective components.
